When I finished the Brighton Marathon, they only had either XS or XL t-shirts there. The XS was fine for me, and not as skin tight as I thought it might be.
Going to club tonight as my friend is leading her first session and is rather nervous. I will only be jogging the session as I don't want to put any undue strain on my knee for at least a couple more weeks.
Morning, yet another bright, sunny, but cool morning. Wore the new Hoka's and I'm sure that going downhill they make me 30 seconds/mile quicker without any extra effort exerted on my behalf!
Managed to get out for a 10k run this morning (first run since Saturday) getting over a cold and throat infection.
Ran on feel and had watch hidden under running jacket (frosty one this morning) wasn't sure how it was going to go or how I would feel at the moment so was pleasantly surprised with a sub 51 time!
Think I may need to see if I can find another 10k race soon to see if I can improve on my time again as I am consistently running 50 min 10ks on feel without pushing myself at the moment!
