Easy 3 miles yesterday and today. Slow commute runs and walking the same for the return home.

It's the start of a new me jenny. I've joined the I'll disciplined classes.

But I'll still be polishing my shoes.

We will be running this afternoon. It may even be longish as we are on a staycation.

Jono.
morning

days holiday for me - followed by a TOIL tomorrow, I'm trying to show that I am more productive by not being in work as much.

weekly 10 mile run done, averaged 9.15, strong breeze coming off Liverpool Bay area, but sunny and cool.

currently maintaining 12st 2lbs - but feel flabby, I fear this is the downside of not running much.

Nice running Jono.

I'd love to be 12st 2lb!! However I have physical signs that I've lost weight. My wedding ring is loose on my finger as are my work trousers. ;-)

Good Morning! Glorious sunshine here in the E Mids, but a bit chilly still. Tried a little recovery run to club last night, but legs were too tired and twinge-y, so got a lift with OH instead. Will be sensible and rest today as well.

Posh Fish Wednesday - will see what takes our fancy in the supermarket today.

Chilly wind in Bournemouth. Not sure my legs are ready for any running yet. I'll try tomorrow. I've been eating a lot and drinking too much lager/red wine in the evenings plus some late nights. Need to get some discipline back in my life at some point just probably not his week :-)

Have a smashing day everyone and nice run Jono.

haven't run since Saturday!

Sunday was volunteering at VLM and overnight came down with a stinking cold and throat infection so have been sensible and decided that sleep is more important than early wake ups. It never helps that the first night of a cold I sleep really badly and then with the throat infection coming along I had 3 nights where I really didn't sleep well!

But now had a couple nights of somewhere near decent sleep so will go for a run tomorrow morning and do a mini streak up until Sunday to get some miles in and finish the month with a flourish!

My local HM is on the 7th so will build up to that not looking to go for PB as really don't see it as a PB type of course but the definite aim is sub 2 which is more than in my abilities and there is even the thought of trying for a sub 1:50 but that may depend on how my run on Sunday goes as I will be testing a section of the course at the desired pace and see how I feel!
