Boot Camp was cancelled this morning due to the instructor (She who shouts at me for not knowin my left and right side of the body) has shingles. I ran instead :)

I did cycle 8 miles this morning, lovely low moon hanging over the city.

As a part time vegetarian jono writes;

*whatever pie you eat, may it be filling and wholesome*

(but NOT one of them shitty pies from London, with that God awful watery gravy)

thanks for the article RichHL. ive passed it on to my son who will no doubt take it up with his teachers (he does have a reputation for challenging people) and i have to say I agree. (not sure he will get anymore pies out of it though)
tonight it will be neither pie or pizza...its curry which has been slow cooking all day
