Watford Wobble
I did like a Club. The heavily coated chocolate end faces.

Wonderful.

Jono.
I'm not giving blood just for a club - mebe a badge.

I like onion gravy as well Mrs J.

Beautiful Spring morning, suns out. Ran 10k, mucked it up bit really - thought I'd make hay whilst the sun shone and increase the pace until I got to my double hill.

But I was thinking about work and singing along to Led Zeppelin (in my head - my head was very crowded)

1) 1m - 9:11(9:11/m) 129cal 6.53/0mph
2) 1m - 9:24(9:24/m) 129cal 6.39/0mph
3) 1m - 9:10(9:10/m) 128cal 6.55/0mph
4) 1m - 9:36(9:36/m) 130cal 6.25/0mph - double hill
5) 1m - 9:11(9:11/m) 128cal 6.53/0mph
6) 1m - 9:15(9:15/m) 129cal 6.49/0mph

Oh and if anybody says to you, something along the lines of *I don't know why you bother - trying to keep fit* - I managed 3 sets of 30 compression's, including rescue breaths on a dummy without breaking a sweat - my colleague (in his 30's - no exercise and smokes), was breaking out in a sweat and praying for the training AED to kick in and tell him to stop.

A small victory :-)

and as I'm lazy, most of the above is going in my blog.

have a great day Fetchlings

Haven't had a viscount for years, didn't know they still made them!

Good running Jono! Felt a bit weird not parkrunning this morning, but Mr J and I went out for a 4.5-ish mile run before breakfast instead. Saw a couple of rabbits on the run - one adult and one baby - and a few other runners along the canal who were all friendly and said hello. Very pleasant.

parkrunned this morning very slowly. Just couldn't find any speed.

I got a mint Club bisc in my Ashby 20 goody bag last week, but my daughter nabbed it before I could eat it.

Parkrun sandwich done this morning, 11.5 miles altogether. Gorgeous sunshine, though still not very warm, but I was tough and just wore a t-shirt on top (still in the full length leggings - the capris aren't coming out of the drawer just yet).

We're making our own veggie pizza for Vegetarian Saturday tea.

Paced #1 son to a sub-23 parkrun at King's Lynn parkrun. Really enjoyed it. That pace felt ridiculously easy.

Huntsman, it did feel good. And also very humble. Compared to the vast population I'm relatively athletic. Some times having a reference point to people on here distorts perspective.
