Steady 4.2 miles this morning keeps me in Hearts Yay! Parkrun tomorrow and then a run with a club colleague on Sunday Morning that will be no longer than 6 or 7 as she is running Manchester but I may tag on a few miles at the end to give myself a double figure run!

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
Thanks WW, although I am blaming last weekend for the cold I have now, all that hard running into the wind must have worn my defences down.

I am in error and I am sorry. Populus is Latin. Populous means full of people. Populace means the people living in a particular place or area. Pie involves pastry except when it doesn't. |

And while I'm on the subject - Football is a sport. (I thought it was post-modern performance art.) So is darts. (I'm still in doubt about this but the world championships have been on telly so it's a sport. Apparently. My point about sports mean you have to get sweaty playing them and heart attack symptoms don't count ummm... didn't count.) Decorators take forever to do anything. (Ours have done a cracking job and are finished ahead of schedule and everything looks great.) |

Morning all! I think Pie is best with a pastry base but a topping often has to suffice these days although its disappointing... depending on the content i think pie beats pizza bit I do get more pizza than pie... 2M/3.3k swim done this morning - easing tired legs plus a 12k e/w cycle to the pool as I have a day off |

Resounding support for the base in the poll. http://www.fetcheveryone.com/polls-view.php?id=5750 My mind is wandering onto the next subject of major importance you never thought was important. |

Get well soon Mrs J! No running for me today. We're off to Bradford-on-Avon for the weekend for Mr J's birthday (he's 40 today). Should get in a couple of short runs along the river. I still haven't had any pie |
