Great round up MzG!

Parkrun done this morning - got there late and started too far back so the first km or so was unpleasant trying to make progress through the crowds, enjoyed it after that though. Wet and gloomy this morning, but seems to be sunny now.

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend!

Thanks MzG for the round up, and nicely linked to the runner's body. I actually recognised a couple of those stains from my junior BMS rotation training in Histology :-). Mind you, I couldn't tell you what is in the solutions any more.

We are cross-training by gardening and car washing today. Ideal prep for a 20 mile race tomorrow!

Cheers chaps :-) and thanks WW ;-)

Debating having a second rest day, as my cold isn't getting better but really want to go out on the bike in the sun. Missed my long run last week so would like to be able to do that tomorrow. Basically not very good at resting!

Looks like tomorrow will be great weather for racing.

Flatlander all kind of horrible toxic substances in those solutions! Some of the chemicals I used as a trainee have been banned now :-O
