Well I guess I ought to ask for Rotterdam marathon to go on the side bar for me please, just a week away now, training hasn't been ideal but not much I can do about that.

I read the paper about the high number citations from the Grimelius work, had no idea it had been quoted so much. Liked the pic of him with the campfire too.

good effort Jaber - don't be disappointed, its all a big learning curve.

looking forward to hearing how todays racers have got on.

13.10 miles for me this morning, averaged 9.21 and tried to include as many hills as possible - which on the peninsula isn't many.
