Mountain climbers are great my PT today commented that I have improved greatly😊 shows what daily exercise does for our form.

Day 7 done! Squats were an excellent choice FFS - basically I'll be pleased with anything that doesn't involve plank position :-)

Done! Also enjoyed the squats. My arms are definitely feeling the mountain climbers, planks and press ups but I'm hoping they'll be stronger by the end of it.

Day 7 done. I mostly used the reflection time to think about how much I hate mountain climbers! (even though I know they are doing me good)

I've been using the mountain climbers to bookend my session. Though I now realise I forgot the second set as I did some other exercises and didn't go back to them! Will complete later

Day 7 done. Including reflecting on my first target, 23:32 for 5k. A bit of a stretch but not out of the question. However, I might wait until after my next birthday and target 23:48.

Finally squeezed them all in no garmin today as I had to do it in a couple of stages.

Day 7 done ✅ like Meglet I did MC right at the beginning and the second set at the end. I don’t mind squats, plank, wall sit, star jumps, but those MC are brutal!
