I am tired admittedly but didn't see me listed.
Not worked out which 6 taergets yet but reflected on them today. Rest is done and so far back is still behaving but still not getting better.

I have done every day so far, apart from day 6, where I only did my resolutions because of a medical.procedure late morning. Today, I did what I could: 7 wall sits and 7 squats Tomorrow, things are hopefully less tender

Thank you for organising FFS.
I have just completed day 7. I spent 6 (ish) minutes of my run today reflecting on how the new job’s going and what I’d like to improve, I hope that counts. I did do the exercises as well, agree with the squats love and I’m maybe getting better at MCs?

Very nice! I've done them all though, including most of tomorrow. Please fill in day 5 for me. (It is on my training log as bootcamp. I didn't log day 1 and 2 because they were so short. Maybe not day 3 either. But thereafter all logged as bootcamp).
