So very sorry for your loss Steve, my condolences to you and your family.

FF glad to see you back out after your bug, great 13miler!

Likewise hs and congrats on your race pix. Great parkrun Lesley and isnt the weather lovely at the moment. Spring feels like its coming but equally know its still winter so making the most of it while it here.

LL plenty of the year left yet, hope you're over your fall now and enjoying thinking about your fabulous trip.

Keeping on target for the 100/month going to nip out for a couple tonight after work and maybe a double day tomorrow.

That was probably about the best section of the course, parallel to Southampton Water and Lepe beach. Unfortunately the course is all on roads, which is not good for our joints as mainly off road runners.

What a fab run hs, as well as it being your longest for some while.
Well done on the 28 minutes Park Run Lesley, you're speeding up aren't you?
That's a shocking mileage LL, 6.89 miles would not sit easy with me🤣...even if I could get near it! It would have to be 6.9 at least!!
I'm glad your ten mile race went well EPix, never doubt yourself.
I managed my furthest outing since 8th January and did 5k! It's all like starting completely from scratch! Looking at the great miles being done here in and how far down on the leaderboard I am, I think I'm in the wrong league!!

Thanks everyone!
Body seems to have recovered well but I'm having an easy week - didn't run commute but will run after work
going to do a big strength focus for a while
I need to correct my weak glutes and shocking posture (I lean terribly when running) so have messaged on off PT about sessions
