Glad that it is easing now LL.

4 miles fartlek on roads this morning. Heavy rain halfway through, and then it stopped.

The line is on the near horizon LL but too far away to relax!! Just 3.5 this morning while my wife, as usual (!) doubled that! What a pair we are..and she had a stiff shoulder too. Arghh!!

What is it with stiff shoulders? I woke with one too. Heading out shortly for 5 going with a friend today so will come off the plan and hopefully just enjoy it today.

Sorry to hear about the stiff shoulders LL and Steve, must be the change in the weather.

Well done for the 3.5 with your wife Steve, and hope you enjoy your 5 miler with a friend LL.

This morning a solo 10k on a hilly course, and into a strong biting head wind on the return leg.

More (and I'll leave it after this!): Enjoyed my 4.8 this morning and met my wife a mile from home. Nice to jog along for another mile together and then 😂...!! off she went off to complete her 17 miler!

Frustrating that I'm not scraping a green tick this month but am getting nearer and nearer to the 1000.
Hope your stiff shoulder is better now LL.
The wind was a good bit more strong this morning here too hs. Good run for you on a hilly course too.

Well done Steve for your enjoyable run this morning.

A rest day from running for me, but I went to the pumpkin festival with Karen and the twins.
