8c/46f was positively warm early this morning and the trails were sodden! Looked at the hill where I could do hill reps but enjoyed the flat instead!

Morning all, bright and sunny and much warmer.

I had my vaccination this morning, the Oxford one. I won't run today or tomorrow, but hopefully on Saturday if I have no lasting after effects.

Rather warm out today! Went out for a short run at lunchtime, I need to do something because otherwise I fall off my chair at the end of the day having lost the use of my legs! I am not used to sitting still all day.

Thanks for that Steve, I'm feeling fine at the moment, but they did say I might have a sore arm in the morning.

Weren't you tempted to do some reps on that friendly hill 😁

Arm ok, but felt a bit groggy when I got up this morning. A brisk walk to the supermarket and back cleared my head.

Glad that you're ok now hillstrider.
Reps?! The thought of doing or even not doing is good enough for me currently! I really think that whatever I do on a more intense level (hills/hill reps/intervals) is not going to make much difference to my pace; so I enjoy my runs which of course vary in terms of HR anyway and which I like to think will maintain me at the level I am.
Waterlogged trails again this morning and 7c--good thing my Hokas with their thicker mid soles keep me a bit more above the puddle water levels!
