6 miles on a part snowy, part muddy route yesterday. Hard work at times, but good to get out. |

Well done RFJ be careful of that DIY 🤣 Some serious mileage here. Still slippery here so going to do a treadmill later and get back outdoors tomorrow when the ice is washed away. |

No real slippery bits left here. Except where fields have drained across pathways overnight and frozen. Just cold.... although I noticed when I got back this morning it was almost light, so Spring is coming!! Keep on bashing out those miles RFJ. And as Looby said - careful with the DiY! |

A few slippery/icy bits but pretty much ok even at minus 2.3c this morning. Start off in the dark and return home in the light..yeah..roll on Spring. Let's not be fooled though, the so called "Beast from the East" was a March chill!

Still very icy here: strava.com #strava The link should have photos... I minced somewhat, but needed to go out because I am having the day from hell at work... well not at work ... which makes it worse because I can't even go home to get away from it! |

Is it Thursday? I did Thursday's planned run today as I wouldn't risk 5 miles at hmp on the footpaths the morning. I may do today's run tomorrow because it's going to be a little wet Thursday morning and a wet recovery run would be better than a wet hmp run. Well done all those managing to get out in these conditions and head space is very important Mrsb, I hope things improve very soon for you. |

It can't be Thursday - I never quite got the hang of Thursdays! Just checked on the Ultrabritain website. I am about 20k from the end. Wonder if anyone would notice if I didn't turn up to work tomorrow? Given that I can't get Teams to work probably not.... |

Well done MrsB My spine race has been an absolute washout. A random gastric/food poisoning bout last week put paid to me catching up so I'll just potter on wishing for the better weather. I've seen that GVRAT 2021 will take place which I'll sign up for as soon as the entries open as it kept me going last year. |
