Great photos of your route Lesley. Those years have passed so quickly.. hope the cake went down well on the little lady's birthday.
Your pace is improving hs?! It doesn't seem to have ever fallen off at least over the last two years; excellent committment and training.
Pity your park run didn't go to plan LL but you still did it!
18 miler FF. There's no stopping you these days, brilliant distance.
I was happy with 3.3 in heavy rain early this morning but that was my limit!
What is CCF MrsB? Good to see you were able to get a park run in again.

Thanks Steve, I think my increase in weekly mileage is helping. I meant to say in my previous post that my garmin advised my 10 miles as "Recovery" 🤔

I’m helping set up a route for my running club’s hash run tomorrow evening. Doing set up means I am one of the first back for the post run beers and curry!

A 5 x 800 metres session with 90 seconds recoveries on the gravel track, with the Wednesday Group, this morning. Run out and run back.

Sounds like another good session HS.
I did my Fartlek around a hilly loop. Pleased to see I’ve done more miles this month than both May and June so getting back on track.
