Sounds like good news re your scan Steve.

Thanks everyone for your birthday wishes.

Seems like you had a great weekend GG.

We had a really good forest run this morning over a very wet, muddy and hilly course, of 8.5 miles. After we finished, there were 5 of us, we shared a bottle of Prosecco and a few nibbles.

We had lunch at 1pm in one of the pubs in the village, which was really nice.

Happy Birthday HS! Hope you have a lovely day.

That's good about your scan Steve, no abnormalities is really good.

That's annoying about your op GG, but looks like you have had a great weekend.

Good running everyone 😁.

I haven't been out again yet. I have had no energy and been super busy. Hopefully tonight. I think I need to did something as I have had a pretty terrible week so far at work. Was absolutely drained last night.

Great days there gg and hs. Nice pics of the run gg and your celebration hs. Of course both of you had put in fine runs as well!
I'd missed your "jingle" runs FF...phew, they must have taken some digging-in, well done on PB's on two of them, flying indeed.
A pity you don't feel right yet Lesley, hope you feel topped up again quickly.
Thanks for the words re my scan, I'm keeping my fingers thoroughly crossed now that the micro data doesn't show up anything.
An early plod of 2.5 miles again so am now nicely over the total I was chasing.
