Ugh... I've been informed by the hospital that the scan I had was just aTTE scan which didn't check arteries etc and I have to have a full CT Heart scan. I didn't know the difference between scans really and no one had communicated to me that I was having two! Back to waiting!!

That is crazy Steve but not unusual, I would be on the phone pushing for this appointment- your an athlete!

My dad was told he was having MRI earlier in the year it was only CT. His results said all was ok and no further action needed (he had a burst gallbladder) came back from holiday 3m later to find they had missed something and needed a MRI which he had last week.

I am just praying they haven’t missed something that is unfixable given the timescales.

Oh blimey Steve more delays, I hope the appointment comes through soon.

8 miles this morning having made myself go out for a run, had the cba's Sunday and did just 4 instead of more like 14 and didn't go out yesterday, just not bothered at the moment. Maybe a few more tomorrow, we'll see.

Sorry to hear that Steve, and hope it's not too long before your next appointment.

Well done for running FF, when you didn't really feel up to it.

This mornings training session was hill reps on grass in the forest, comprising 3 reps on each of 3 hills.

No running tomorrow as the car is going for it's MoT and annual service.

In fairness I was offered an appointment for this Friday for a full CT scan in a private hospital out of county...system used for hopefully reducing waiting times. Had to decline for several reasons but I'm well up there to be seen soon.

Hope your Dad is ok gg.
Great training continues there FF and hs.
3 miles on a cold and frosty morning was pleasant as the sun was rising.

Lesley C

This is the weather with us today. I got out at lunchtime for a 5k. It felt better than the last two runs. I do actually feel better today. Thank you everyone for your well wishes ❤️.

🤞Your car passes it's MOT HS.

Hope the next scan is ok and you don't have long to wait for it Steve, how annoying having to go back.

Good to see you are getting out everyone, it's been cold.
