Good to hear that your foot was ok during last night's 5 miles Lesley.

Thanks, I don't think the niggle is serious as I've done several runs with it, albeit only at an easy pace. I'm hoping it behaves at race pace ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ™

IT GRANNY ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ธ
Mum is disabled so long conquersizing walks are out but I take what I can get.
Great view and a nice new name for conquersize. Probably noone will ever visit it again!

Hot out there this morning, and not a breath of wind. 3.25 miles done.

Well done Lesley.

An exciting morning for me, been into the village and bought a new pair of slippers ๐Ÿ˜
There's a new cafe recently opened that buys and sells vinyl . I'll have to buy a new record player ๐Ÿคฃ

That's some combination Lesley.. midges, someone's Crohn's playing up and a bit of a foot issue AND too hot on top of it all! But you were out and did it.
Twas considerably warmer than it has been down here early today; regardless of the heat and blue skies though I had a struggle of a run. Did 4.5 miles which felt worse than any marathon I remember ๐Ÿ˜‚ Will be ok tomorrow.
I bought a record player about a decade ago hs, vinyl was being hyped up back and before then. I find it a waste of time and find my tech "gadget", a Brennan, which has all my 500 cd's loaded onto it quick and easy to enjoy. My vinyl rests in a cardboard box๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ˜‚

27 on the bike today 16 to a coffee and cake stop then 11 home. Means I lose my green tick but trying to do the cycling challenge on here and not be so โ€œobsessedโ€ with targets.

Good news Lesley.

Steve, at one time, I had burned the majority of my CD, onto I tunes, on my laptop, and listened to them on my LSD runs on my ipod shuffle. The shuffle eventually "died" so I haven't bothered listening to music whilst running since. MY LP's are in a plastic box with a lid in the loft, and my singles and EP's in my writing desk.

Well done LL for your long cycle ride.
