I'm guessing you're about two hours into the run right now gg! Warmed up then!! Hope it goes well.
Hope the cloud lifts where you are FF.
No morning sunshine here today and quite gloomy. Five miles along trails keeps me comfortably on longer term target.

Thanks for the pictures!

Thinking of you GG and FF and looking forward to your race reports.

Well done Steve for your consistency.

Very humid this morning, but not much sunshine. Ran 5 miles in the forest with a running friend, including one of our 5k courses.

Nice pictures GG and FF.
Hope you’re enjoying Rhodes MMM. I went about 30 odd years ago but enjoyed it.

Well done HS.
parkrun for me this morning a new course I enjoyed. I managed to delete my run so can’t report my HR 🤣

That's a shame LL that you accidentally deleted your new parkrun, but good that you enjoyed it. I won't be doing much in the way of speed work now, until a week tomorrows 10k race. Its always been our club's race in the past, so I've been marshalling it. This year, it's being jointly managed, so that's why I will be able to run it. It's only a short race in comparison with my friend Tracy, who I ran the Salisbury 10 miles with, who ran the 60 mile Race to the King recently, and GG and FF's races this weekend, but it's important to me, as I don't know how many races I have left in me.

We've had lovely sunshine so far but the clouds are coming over unfortunately.
Nice running Steve and hillstrider, oh dear LL that's a shame.
I don't tend to do many races and you're right hillstrider none of us really know when our last race will be, however, as long as we're able to run that is the main thing. Steve hasn't raced for a while now and we never hear him complaining ;-)

Thanks luckily it was parkrun so although no splits or data I do get a result.

I think you’ve more than a few HS if your training is anything to go by.
