Thanks Turkhish. Well done for Saturday's hot and hilly 10 mile trail run. That's a good time in those conditions.

I went out much later than usual, at 9am, three hours off my habitual behaviour. Glorious, warming sunshine and another 10k, slow and enjoyable and keeping within the lowest zones. Frustrating all the same because it feels hard work and it shouldn't be😂
Good ten miler there Turkhish, I'm envious.

51.3 miles last week. That is 17 miles higher than it should have been because I moved the Sunday run. Zero miles the week before as we were away and a lot less this week, until Saturday anyway :-)

A steady 12 miles yesterday on an out and back route, unusual for me.

Well done everyone for getting out and doing what we love doing and I hope any injuries do one very soon for those that are currently injured.

Well done Steve for another 10k, and I'm glad that you enjoyed it.

Well done FF for your increased mileage, and 12 miles yesterday.

Another bright and sunny morning and I ran 12k (7.46 miles) in the forest. I've got my green tick back!

Thanks Turkhish and well done on your 10.
Good news on the green ticks everyone. I seem to be struggling to keep mine at the moment but I’ll keep trying.

"Weeks" can be a nuisance FF! Over the years I've had a go at " ten day cycles" but somehow and psychologically a "week" satisfies me more! Totally erroneous I know. A lot of elites do ten day cycles don't they?
Your training has gone very well, roll on the big event 🌄

Thanks Steve, it was a very rare solo run for a Monday, as we have a regular small number in our Monday Group. Well done for another 4 road miles.

Today is a running rest day, which means catching up with chores ☹️
