6. 36 miles in the forest this morning with the Monday Group. There are still lots of deep muddy areas, and we had to do a fair amount of walking/wading. Lovely and sunny 🌞 though, which made it all worth while.

Great running hs, Lesley, Ed, duo and apols if I’ve missed anyone.

Steve hole the cough soon clears.

I was talking to a colleague before I left work he was celebrating that I can talk properly again and it’s only been the last 10 days, I’ve been coughing more since the flight this morning.

I was late finished esp when you add in I was in a taxi before 6am but checked into hotel then went out. Found a beautiful woods d right alongside a main road what a gem! I’ll be able to spend ages exploring this over the summer months.

I don't know how you turn your cba's around into more than decent runs FF! There's a lot of unlocked pace and talent in those legs.
I had a coughless night for the first time in a long time so am nearly over the lurgy thanks gg. You're on the here there and everywhere circuit it seems; you do well to fit your running in at all .
Early Farmer's Walk hs, a good recovery following your forest six miler odd .
5k yesterday and same this morning mainly along trails. I relish mornings like these and hope the forecast miserable weather doesn't actually manifest. First elder blossoms were showing well yesterday.
