Reps with undulations make you that runner you are hs! Beyond me!! Your new shoes have proved their worth too.
My wife is ok now thanks and re building her mileage yet again. If I'm not better tomorrow I'll be more than annoyed 😁.

Thanks gg, your chest lurgy was flipping bad; so glad you were able to do Jordan and now back on track.

Lots of great running here.

Well done on your marathon time EGD.

Glad to hear you're both on the mend Steve.

I've been pootling along - just over 9 miles this afternoon in the heat. The Costa del Clyde was stunning today.

Well done Duo for your 9 miles yesterday afternoon.

Heavy rain this morning and I ran a solo 3.94 miles on a hilly road course.

Hope your cough is better today Steve.

Some good running going on, we need rain HS.

It's been roasting for us, NE Scotland normally isn't this warm yet. I did a hilly session on Tuesday with the club. I was leading so it was all done my way. Then a solo run this morning in the forest.

Thanks Lesley but still coughing well and nowhere near right. My outing, first for a week was what is my current usual run/ walking regime. 3.2 miles with a misty start, nice along trails and my coughing was louder than any bird song😂. Glad you were in control of the club run, I heard it was very warm up there.
Good distance too in the heat duo.

Well done on that improvement on the circuit HS, that’s why I like doing laps because you can be pleasantly surprised by an improvement like that, especially if it doesn’t feel like you’ve massively upped the effort.

Hope your cough gets better soon Steve, it’s very annoying, I had it in Jan but thankfully gone now (Though still more congested than usual).

Thanks EdG, it was a surprise for such an improvement, as I didn't feel that I had put in as much effort, as in previous sessions. I hope that I am able to run as well in tomorrow's parkrun 🤞

I walked 1.65 miles to meet friends for lunch, and 1.61 miles walking back.
