I've somehow deleted my post in it's entirety. I was suddenly back to the very first page. I can't start again, so will just say that you are all running very well. It's a shame that we can't save as we go along, so that we can return, if we don't finish.

This morning was a solo forest run of 7.62 miles. I felt surprisingly good, considering the effort I put into yesterday's parkrun.

Lots of good running everyone.

Sorry to hear your news GG. Very sad ๐Ÿ˜”

No running this weekend for me, away to Oban in the campervan, but we walked about 26 miles over the 3 days. ๐Ÿ˜

Back to the running tomorrow ๐Ÿ™‚

Get well soon Steve. I hope that your wife is feeling better!

Well done Peter, you are making good progress.

A successive medium long run this morning. 8.92 miles in the forest with a running friend. Very muddy and boggy in places, so some walking and wading.

Thatโ€™s so frustrating hs and I wish we could save like you can with the blogs (& edit)

Sorry to hear the lurgy has got you Steve rest up and recover.

Well done on the walks Dave and agree Oban is beautiful and great to see the walking is increasing Peter.

I went out with my pal today she thought a good day to get the garmin 15k badge but wow the route seemed hillier than we remembered, way hotter than it appeared so we were over dressed and my Jordan and leg workout yesterday legs were heavy. Feeling shattered today but it has also been a full on weekend. Ready for a nap. Shame itโ€™s back to work tomorrow.

Well done GG for getting out yesterday despite suffering from heavy legs.

Thanks Dave, I hope that your steady 4 and a bit miles yesterday evening went ok.

A lovely bright and sunny morning, but just the usual Tuesday Farmers Walk.
