First run for 2 weeks yesterday, after my cold eventually shifted. Ran 8.1 miles without any problems.

FF - my goals for 2019 also include getting sub20 for 5k (currently on 20.42).
But I would also like to go sub6 for a mile. I did 6.04 last December in a time trial and haven't got around to doing another, but I am planning one tonight. I did 7.40 for 2k last week, so could be close to 6.00 if all goes well. I do know that time trials aren't official though, so it is all just for fun so I won't be too gutted if I miss out.

5.59! As I say, itβs unofficial but still pleasing. Hurt though!
