Yes, steve45. Stuff can sometimes get in the way at this time of year. Hope your toe continues to get better.

Just snuck a nice 7.5 miles in a lovely bright morning. Really enjoyed it!
It won't appear here until I get home on Christmas Eve though!

Nice hill run at sunrise this morning, great views although it was a little icy underfoot. Passed the 1500 mile mark yesterday. Now into my highest mileage year yet.

Great total Lesley! Great excuses indeed FF! I'm also trying to be a bit more realistic in how I approach my weekly/ monthly/annual totals--primarily because I'm so slow these days that "time out" is a factor--for example in days of yore I would run a specific five mile route in less than thirty five minutes but now the very same route takes 55 minutes for the same effort. It might just be 20 minutes but it's harder work too! I want to continue liking/loving/enjoying my runs as I approach 70 next year and some re jigging goals /efforts will ensure that. I think!

Just finished wrapping the last present and think I have the food organised for tomorrow. Never been done quite this early before! Have a lovely day tomorrow - we'll be parkrunning first thing and then have friends coming to join us.
