A number of my running buddies have recently (as in the last 2 months) been affected by serious health issues* so I’ve been on taxi duty for hospital appointments, food shopping, school uniform purchasing, etc to name but a few so not running as much and looking after myself so as to remain healthy and helpful. Those of you who know me on Facebook will be seeing my (hopefully) upbeat posts. Some of those affected are engaging in the banter 🤗. *stroke, perianal (sp?) abscess, breast cancer, leg cancer tumour, work stress related sickness 😱
