Lunchtime escape 4m done (could have stayed out) gets me to 73/100 it may be doable!
I've registered geordiemum & myself for the Paras10 on Saturday, a birthday run for us both, her 80th so we have an option to start 15min early - we will be in the lead briefly haha.
