Much muttering this morning because my watch synced with MrsMMM's phone (there's a story.... ) instead of mine, so I had to add my 5 miles manually. This is my final week of "longer" runs (Thurs & Sat?) before a very short taper for York, but the mileage will suddenly look impressive!
