Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

11 and a bit for me, it’s winier out there than the forecast suggests and at no point in my loop did it appear to be helpful.

New running injury today - I got slapped across the face by a loose bit of baler twine swinging from the bales on a tractor trailer. I have a lovely red lne across my face and the arm I tried to protect myself with!

15.7/100, on track :)

It might be the last, but I’ll probably do another 10 at some point - Cambridge is a long run in prep for St Neots, which I’d like to haveabetter go at

Just a red line looks a bit like a minor burn, nothing major

What a brilliant day of running yesterday. Congrats to those of you who participated in marathons (London, Chester, Loch Ness, and virtual counterparts, where applicable), plus any other events in the race calendar. I ran the Hedgehog Half at Normanby Hall. Felt like a little slice of normal. 👌

This evening, my primary goal was to cover 7.5 miles. It brought me to 33/100 but, more pleasingly, 1500 miles for the year so far. Need to move my target now though.
