It was magnificent as always, AL. The Chester lads do put on a good race. And I came away with a better result than I felt I deserved based on my training, but someone on here once said that there's no such thing as a fluke GOOD result :)

In summary - a PB, but not quite the ambitious one I was really targeting, but plenty to think about should there be a next time; such fantastic crowds though, the London atmosphere is really amazing.

Also - stairs are bad :-)
