Lazy morning chatting sorting holiday insurance and drinking tea finally made it out for a run. New trainers which were fab (inov8 roadclaws) 7.5 makes 146.3 I’ll round up to 150 tomorrow. It’s been a good month doing run the sum. Well done crossing the line CasB, dobbers & poppy and great running everyone.
