Signing off April on 112.6/100 after 10k in the sun this morning, including a couple of stops to watch the baby coots in the park (hatched about two weeks ago, and slowly turning from small spiky balls in the nest to small fluffy paddling things) - this may become a feature of my runs this spring and summer!
