Well done dobbers! And thanks gg, that's a lot of people running a lot of miles! 92.1/100 after 4M at lunchtime. Saw the weather forecast - heavy rain from midafternoon - so figured nipping out between meetings was a much better idea |

So excited about the blog I forgot to update todays mileage. 3.3 this morning and another 3 at lunchtime with geordiemum brings me to 128.6 and over 500 for the year! Great running all a couple of days final push and even it it’s not 100 it’s still brilliant. |

Blimey, I think I'll stick to 100 a month, 200 would be a big stretch without marathon training and 300 would be a divorce and a broken FF.

Welshpoppy I am in alps bike training, just in from another 3.5hrs and 4700ft of climbing. I don't collect badges so am outside of Fetch data but in 2008 10 of 12 months were between 360 and 451 miles the other 2 were my recovery months and still well over 200. Targets make anything possible. |

71.6/100 I don't think even the knowledge that I'll lose a badge will persuade me to run 9.5 miles a day for each of the next three days.

Well done everyone crossing the line. Hoping to do a *very* gentle 4 miles with club tonight for a small top up. And something equally minor on weekend to checkout around 140? G |

161/200 (if going for the double centurion). Not going to happen. I won't get 10 a day until the end of the month. Maybe next year

At my peak I did 3 months of 300. Not in Gobi or Sunbed Athlete territory but it was a serious commitment for me! I don't aspire to that now! G

Merry Christmas and Happy NewG(rrr) 96hrs in , this training week has seen 16hrs since Monday evening. I don't think volume is much more than normal but z2 cardio is up and Karate is down. That said just went for a run and now to 113. It was not fast |
