21 1/100

All went well to 5m today and then got weird cramp in right foot. Hoping it was just randomness

10.8/100 after a soggy 5k this evening. There were puddles that needed running through.

Sensible decision to run yesterday to avoid today's rain.

Gobi I'd take rain over wind any time!
Esp if its a nice cooling 'mizzle' or light shower on a long run

Sushi anyone who can tolerate rain hasn't run enough in the rain.

I did too many 100 mile weeks and long races where I was largely wet in this miserable country.

When you have friction burns ontop of burns even after having put on body glyde because the race was 6hrs long and all rain it changes your perspective even when you win the race :-)

Of course wind and rain is ultimate hell :-)

Oh I hear you, Gobi. I've done my fair share (and then some) of rain running for many hours over the years and had the horrible consequences. I just hate wind.

There's no nice wind and some rain can be pleasant.

(In my book, anyway.)

I was running today the rain last night was so heavy but it was dry this morning- I’m not a fan of the rain neither. Damp underfoot but otherwise a pleasant 5m with a stop at Tesco to get the shopping I forgot yesterday 31.7/100
