I shall have to pencil that in for 2024 as three weeks away on holiday this autumn is going to scupper October Extra rest day for me today as I've twanged something in my neck/shoulder which is improving but still quite sore. Puts a bit more pressure on the rest of the month but there's still time to catch back up.

Happily, although rather oddly, apart from the odd twinge yesterday's excruciating hip and back pain didn't recur. I'd planned my route to never be too far to walk home in under an hour if needs be!
