And to be honest, I feel like with rest periods etc. if you do 300, you would have cut back months of 100 too. You'd only get to consistently over 300 if you were doing some at 400 etc. And that's pretty much elite level. Anyhoo. Back to, I'd quite like to manage 100 each month at the mo please! G

I might aim for the 200 badge, provided I'm not dropping off too much after the marathon. 200 means 50 mpw. I'll see what I can do in summer. When it gets too hot, I'll rather go for a ride than a run.
