But like I say, I would expect to drop that a lot for recovery between marathons. Had a few days off with 4 yr old grandson staying. Hoping to at least parkrun tomoz and then lo g run Sun after they're gone. G

I've often treid and failed to keep to 200k a month, something i'm determined to dot his year, and hopefully towards the end of the year, that will be up to 200mi a month.
