Fetchies are wonderful and trusting meeting strangers off the internet it's almost like a dating site but for runners, cyclists and other like minded people

I remember years ago hearing about a chap who had started doing coaching in chi running and I met up with him in a park. My boss at the time said we tell our kids not to meet strangers off the internet and here you are doing it. He wasn’t an axe murderer and he has transformed my running. It was fabulous to meet Fetchies at the running show last week. Rest day here and boy is my body happy at that news going to have to do some yoga my back and legs are shouting at me. Well done to everyone over the line.

I won't get to 100 this month - and nor did I expect to! - but this is my 2nd highest monthly mileage since March 2014, exceeded only when I did RtS in March 2021
