Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

32/100 after a punishing second leg of the WST - 8 miles, 2.5 on a beach, then some steady climbing, woodland trail, long hill (about a mile) with the rain absolutely pelting down - to the extent that about a mile might just have well have been through a stream! You had to laugh.... Still 2nd LV50 though - not really expecting to hang onto that as the Half Marathon is tomorrow and I am not at all sure I have much left!

10 for me this morning gets me to 35.

I haven't been able to race at all this year- bike or run for medical reasons it's been very hard for someone who likes to race at least once a week! But luckily I've still been able to train (granted, not quite as hard)

So I'm very happy to have actually just entered a race next march- Cyprus half marathon!!! I still probably won't be able to race it but even running will be great, my husband is doing it so I'm going along for the holiday :)

30/100 after our first visit to Swansea Bay parkrun this morning.

Well done on maintaining your age category position AL! You never know what will happen in the half, fingers crossed for tomorrow! :-)

Well done Stu - a good progressive run is always nice, especially if you're not feeling it beforehand and surprise yourself.

GF, great that you've got something to aim for and look forward to next year (and a nice holiday) :-)

Take care of those aching calf muscles westmoors, sorry the parkrun wasn't as expected :-(

Panad, you're racking up the miles nicely, well done!

Just under 9 miles this morning. Left calf muscle was a bit tight for the first couple but eased. 39/100

Good luck, HoD.

Only 11 miles for me. Had to make a detour because of a police road block. :-o

This means I've managed only 22 for the week but I'm happy enough with that considering I started working at a new school this week too.

46/100 I think.

Edit - 36/100 was what I meant to say.
