Well done, Ness. Shocking weather to run in. I hope you soon dry out!
Brilliantl running, hope you didn’t get too cold and wet
Well done Ness. Fab time for the conditions.
Great run, well done 👏 xx
Excellent, well done! Kept your pace up for the climb at the end, too!
So sorry didn't come out to support but I wimped out when I saw the weather. Well done in those conditions.
Thanks. And yes, Sigh. Remembered to keep a bit in reserve. 😜
I understand completely, TBR. It was horrible for spectators. Thanks x
Fabulous! Very well done. I am sure you've got the capacity for sub-2 again.
Thanks, Vrap. I hope so. It’s what I will aim for next spring. 😁
Phew, well completed Ness. You must have given it some welly seeing your HR! Great day out!!
Thanks, steve45. I hadn’t looked at my heart rate data. It was a bit high for me! Must have been the excitement of the first race in two years! 😁
I couldn't get my HR up that high neither could I get a pace up like that either! I'll have to work on both!!
