Race #5 - mix of grass, trail and the odd bit of tarmac. It starts with a climb and goes on from there... It was very warm tonight and I swallowed several flies! Pleased with how I ran this - did not walk any hills, made up good time on the downs, tried to enjoy myself 😉

That elevation chart looks very much up and down with barely a flat bit amongst it. It must have ben difficult to get a good rhythm going, so good going especially so soon after yesterday's great effort.
