mucker Nice pace fot this one! i'll try to keep that up for the marathon in april. Top marks to Tazdev who battled on despite getting painful cramps. Well run event def do next year.

Sezz Great race! Was hoping for sub 2:09 but paced round by the lovely Leon who mentally pulled me up those hills. The first two hills are ok but the third big one got me. I got a small stitch at mile 8 but really flagged with a more painful stitch at 11.5 mile, plus I could feel a blister coming on. Nevertheless pushed hard to the end and came in at 2:05:33 - nearly 4 mins off my PB!!! Great race, superb organisation and marshalling and beautiful weather too.

eL Bee! Ran this with Sezz - planning to pace her around to sub 2:09. but the great thing about undulations is that you can really picl up the pace on the Downdulates :o) Sezz ran well and only needed minimal encouragement up the steeper and later Updulates - and knocked FOUR minutes off her PB Fantastic - really enjoyed this.

weeble First half M and the furthest I've ever run. Running with bf. who encouraged me to run a faster pace than I'd planned, but really enjoyed it, even the hills were great!
