Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Cat the Dog Lover Will be running this with Mr Cat and we've never run together before so I have no idea how fast he runs. Wont be running with Mr Cat again - we had to walk a stretch in order to have a row! Hence the slower than expected time.

CD Brilliant race with a steamer ride to start with. Wonderful autumn colours. Some tough slopes to contend with in places. Great organisation.

Dogtanian Another great race from the Lakeland Trails team. I went off way too fast and struggled through the whole race with people slowley trickling past. Don't think I passed anyone after the 6km mark. Felt like I'd had a bad race but I actually finished well inside the top third so very pleased with that. Wilfs meal...yum!

This was a great course and would make a superb gentle run if you find yourself staying in the area.

julbags Again no idea of time, will review after Coniston.UPDATE:Watch time. That was more difficult than I thought, definitely harder than Coniston. Enjoyed the terrain though someparts would have been very sketchy if it had been wet.

kstuart Allowing for inevitable hills i'll stick 1:15 down. Should be another nice day out and i'll be able to hang around longer this time. Update: Well that was a bliddy hard race, although calling it a race isn't fair being i walked quite a lot of it. A lot more rocky than the others hence the slow time due to waling the rough sections.

Lisrun Rough ground so I will be taking this slooooow. *Update* Very rough ground. Undulating course with short sharp climbs and I walked most of them. Beautiful surroundings and a great course ! First run carrying a rucksack and also first run I have had to get a boat to the start. Loads of fetchies there and it was a great day !

Mrs Dogtanian Tried to take it easy but it was pretty hard. Nice course continually undulating making it harder than expected.

Razza Didn't enjoy this race at all - wasn't really in the mood for it and no nice T-Shirt for it at the end. However, on a happier note I have suprised myself by coming 10th overall woman in the trail series!
