PJK V. Pleased as the course isn't the easiest. I have been a bit hit and miss with the training. Knocked 4 mins off of last years time on this course. Feeling positive for a new P.B. by the end of the year.

Tom Tom Watch time-still awaiting offical results. Tough course, but managed a quicker time than I was expecting to do. Won the V35 count silver as well, so got to be happy with that!

RunnerBean1978 Enjoyable race - not a PB course due to the two hills. Thought I crossed the line in 47.52 but have recorded the official time. Came 42nd Female and 227/552.

JK13 Knocked 2 mins off this course from last year, so very pleased with that, going by my watch time. Although this is a tough course and I have been told by the organisers one of the toughest in Essex, there is something brilliant about this race which is why I came back to do it again and will do again next year.
