tuck (Chip time) Really enjoyed it and was very pleased with my time. Was a little nervous as it was my first race and looking back probably started a little quicker than I should have but settled in and in the end felt very comfortable. Was pleased to see that finish line though. Had my Fetch top on and think I spotted three others!

Mr BDR (Official 'chipped' time) I achieved my aim and broke 45 mins! A tough course (I don't remember it being that hilly!). My Km splits (from the gun) were: 4:58, 4:28, 4:39, 4:19, 4:34, 4:30, 5:19, 3:25, 4:21, 4:03 - there was about 30 seconds delay to getting over the start line in these.

PlodderRW Can't decide whether I'm peeved or satisfied - one training run in 2 weeks thro illness, legs felt v. heavy, especially for first few K maybe be cos legs frozen (delayed start) or first day of ladies week, or just lost bit of fitness. Didn't feel good once, need to get some miles in, some speed/hill sessions and aim for Breckland.

RunningRev Beat my sub 55 goal! VERY happy with this result. I felt good after the run so I could have pushed it harder I think! There is always next time! :) Overall VERY happy :)

monki Same as last week - really bad asthma. Walked/stopped 10 times for a total of over 8 mins, so should have been on for a good time for me. Annoyed but not as disappointed as Wokingham - I need to take some time out to try and sort the asthma out and then keep reaching for the PBs....

onthedeck Very happy with this time. Started off slowly and had the fun of overtaking nearly the whole way round. Even had a little sprint at the finish.

BDR Got a course pb by nearly 2 minutes. Very pleased with that as was feeling very ill during the morning and almost threw up in the loos just prior to the race! And no, it wasn't a hang over!
splits 2k:11.59, 4k: 11.04, 5k: 5.50, 6k: 5.54, 7k: 6.39, 8k: 4.20, 9k: 5.14...watch stopped working at this point so didn't get last the lap or finishing time. The kilometer markers for 7k and 8k were in the wrong place.

Puffing Bertie Great race, next time please put the heaters on before i get there, and turn down the wind!

Very pleased with my time as i have only ever done a sub 60 once before and that was on a flat course.

Saw another Fetch shirt at the start but he ran off too quickly for me to say hello :-(
