Have been running for a few years now and still not very fast - hence the moniker - but I do enjoy it. Prefer running in cooler weather or if it is warmer, then i hope it rains!!! Resolution for this year is to enter more and more races!! (even the smaller ones where i am likely to bring up the rear!). I might be last, but at least I ran it!!
