bill g liverpool 10k, a superb run a lot better than i could have asked for post injury and a superb time, well chuffed. the weather was perfect around sefton park, not hot or cold just a little bit of wind.did not push to hard for fear of injury, and not knowing the coursemeant no sprint finish as i did not see any distance markers. superb result after months of injured hamstring and nerves.
