theOtherRichard Another detonation. But earlier than ever - just after 13M :-( I really need to work out how to beat cramp. On the plus side, the last couple of miles were run at a decent pace. Shame about the previous 10 Nice course and great marshalling. Recommended. If I work out how marathoning works, I'll be back.
