.HA HA never miss this race..a must.. looking very much for a comeback pb:::::: yes,got the comeback pb..well pleased..nice even splits..felt strong.. i got course slightly long..40 metres,but others got it up to 150metres long,so perhaps i may well have ran closer to 47 flat..not bothered,a pb is a pb :))

Narrow Feet Big PB by over a minute. Had a good running partner hunting down the next target ahead between us all the way. Got the finish wrong at the end. Thought I had 100m to go. Afterburners on. Then realised it was closer to 400m. Kept going, but starting yakking up approaching the funnel. Nice, eh! Always a good race this. Bit slippy underneath, but it is November on the Moor after all. I'm sure someone's going to end up in the pond on the first lap one year.
