Flat Out Fi Enjoyed the race today and had in my mind that anything under 42 mins and Id be happy as only 3rd race since my calf injury! I was 9th lady overall and 6th FV35 - there were some v fast female runners there today - a few sub 40's ahead of me!! Weather stayed ok and great atmosphere as always!
