Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Pricey not a great run. Have had a cold which caused problems and had a dodgy stomach and had pains in the second half of the race. Still, two minutes quicker than last year and in the thick of heavy training. Got out-kicked in the last half a mile finishing 4th instead of 2nd.

AD meeting up with 3 old friends for this one, hope the 6pm start doesn't mean we end up in the pub instead of the start.
Tried to take it easy but adrenalin pushed me on a bit. The lack of training caught up with me as expected at about 8 miles and I slowed dramatically, all in all delighted with time bearing in mind the various injury niggles that have limited running recently.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) I enjoyed this undulating half, I ran at marathon pace (bit of a dodgy tummy enforced 2 stops ) Finished first in my category, shame presentations took place whilst I was having a shower :(

Watford Wobble Race number 322. Mahhhhh, bags of excuses but course and conditions not in my favour for PB'ing. Position 203 / 376. Gun time = 1:53:33. Chip time = 1:52:48. Avg. pace 11.22 KPH.

tulip Just hope it's not too hot..... estimated finishing time is conservative, because in warm weather I slow down enormously!
***UPDATE*** Well I slowed down even more than I though! Didn't enjoy this run at all. Good mental training if nothing else. However, Zoom's Welsh cake at the end made up for it!!
